We are currently updating our Privacy Policy. The EU’s new data protection regulation (GDPR) came into force on May 25th May 2018 and replaces the Personal Data Act (PuL). The purpose of the Regulation is to create unified data protection rules in the EU that will make it easier for companies to operate on the Union’s single market. It places higher demands on us as a businessperson where our responsibilities are clarified and where the individual’s rights are strengthened in terms of personal integrity.

Why do we need your personal information?
We ask my customers for personal information such as name, address, telephone, social security number and e-mail address. These data are stored in our computer systems and are important to us for journal management, booking confirmations, newsletters and billing.

How do we accommodate your rights?
Knowing your privacy with our handling of your personal information is important. Your data is stored in computer systems that are protected according to the regulations available and these are only available to us. As a registered patient / client / customer with us, you can access your personal information at any time.

We never sell your personal information to other companies. We always ensure that your personal information is protected by us and that processing of your information complies with current data protection rules, our internal guidelines and practices.
